Hi there, my name is Aman Dhaliwal, and I’m one of vee.vet’s co-founders. Thanks for stopping by and taking a moment to learn why we’re building vee.vet.
Veterinary care should feel lighter.
vee.vet exists to make veterinary care feel lighter — for clinicians, for practices, and for the people building their lives around caring for animals.
Veterinary medicine is one of the most meaningful professions in the world — and one of the most demanding. Too much time is spent on friction instead of care. Too much energy is lost to systems that don't talk to each other. Too much stress has been normalized.
We believe it doesn't have to be this way.
What we're building
A connected veterinary technology platform designed around the people who keep veterinary care moving.
Our tools span the veterinary ecosystem — from relief staffing and practice management to veterinary AI and pet-owner services. Our goal is to bring greater efficiency to everyday veterinary work while allowing information to move more seamlessly between practices, veterinary professionals, and pet owners.
We believe technology should make veterinary care more connected, more efficient, and easier to navigate — not create another layer of complexity.
Every decision we make starts with one question:

“I have spent the last 20+ years in veterinary medicine — as an associate veterinarian, with independent and corporate practices, as a medical director, and now as a practice owner. I have seen the industry change from paper-based practices to digital systems, and now toward AI.
Throughout that journey, I have learned from countless veterinarians, technicians, practices, and experiences. The question that stayed with me was simple:
How can we make that experience easier to share, create more opportunities for veterinary professionals, and ultimately help practices deliver better care?
That is why we built vee.vet.
We want to make it easier for veterinarians and technicians to find meaningful, flexible work, learn from different practices and experienced professionals, and build the experience and relationships that shape their careers.
We also want to give practice owners a better way to find the right people when they need them — whether they need coverage for a full day, a few hours, a particular skill, or an unexpected absence.
But the bigger idea goes beyond staffing.
I believe veterinary medicine works best when knowledge, experience, and opportunity can move more freely between people and practices.
A new veterinarian should be able to learn from many experienced professionals. An experienced veterinarian or technician should have more ways to share their skills. And a practice owner should have greater flexibility to build the kind of practice — and team — that reflects how they want to care for their clients.
If we can make that happen, we can create a better experience for veterinary professionals and help make quality veterinary care more accessible to pet owners.
That is what we are building with vee.vet.”
Who is behind vee.vet?
Dr. Nagar Brar and I founded vee.vet in November 2024. I lead the business and technology side of vee.vet, while Nagar brings his experience as a practicing veterinarian and practice owner to our strategy and product direction.
We are building around a simple belief: the people caring for animals deserve technology that respects their time, their expertise, and the reality of their work.
That's what we're building.
